• General daily program runs from 8:00am-4:30pm. Extended flexibility for early drop-off at 7:00am, or later pick-up until 5:30pm is available for an additional cost. 

• A minimum of 5 week sessions are REQUIRED for attendance in the Summer program- for the wellness of the camp-community social group.

• Camp participants are offered USDA approved snacks and lunches.

• Other activities, including field trips, yet to be announced as the Summer unfolds.

• Once camper registration is received, a confirmation packet, including a health form, calendar of highlights, and program details will be sent.

Build Your Summer 2026 experience at Berks Area Youth Recreation is one of being a part of the Summer community. To be a part of the community, campers need to be in the community a good part of the season to share in the experiences- one-week campers would not have the great team-building opportunities as seasoned campers. Therefore, for the wellness of the group, it is required that campers commit to at least 5-weekly sessions this Summer.

* A Zoom Pass is an easy way to handle participating in ALL the offered trips, pool time, extra excursions going on all summer. Taking care of extra (discounted) trips/activities on a weekly, consistent basis eliminates extra fees and provides a budgeting tool to eliminate unexpected costs.

Optional field trips will be additional as listed on a weekly/monthly calendar.

Days of attendance are consistent, are non-transferable nor credited to another day.

Paid Closure Day of July 3rd is required with regular attendance schedule.
